MicroScheduler is a rostering and SMS notification tool for businesses.
2. Not employment / Fair Work advice
MICROSCHEDULER IS A ROSTERING AND NOTIFICATION TOOL ONLY. IT DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL, PAYROLL, AWARD, OR FAIR WORK COMPLIANCE ADVICE.
You are solely responsible for complying with all workplace laws, awards, agreements, break rules, and pay obligations.
3. SMS delivery
SMS sending is provided via third-party services. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be delayed or fail due to carrier or provider issues.
4. Your responsibilities
- You must enter accurate employee details (including phone numbers).
- You must obtain any required employee consent to receive roster messages.
- You are responsible for reviewing rosters before publishing/sending.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MicroScheduler is not liable for lost profits, roster errors, missed shifts, SMS failures, or employment disputes.
6. Availability
The service may be updated, modified, or temporarily unavailable. We do not provide an uptime guarantee for the MVP.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if the service is misused or used unlawfully.

Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
We may collect business account details and employee information you enter, including names, roles, and phone numbers, plus basic usage logs (e.g., timestamps, IP address).
2. Why we collect it
- To create rosters and notify employees by SMS
- To maintain system security and prevent abuse
- To troubleshoot issues and improve the product
3. SMS / third parties
When you send SMS messages, employee phone numbers and message content are shared with the SMS provider solely to deliver the message.
4. Storage and access
We store your data to operate the service. Access is limited to you (the account owner) and system administrators where required to support the service.
5. Your obligations
You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to store and use employee phone numbers and to contact employees by SMS.
6. Deletion
You can request account deletion. Some logs may be retained where required for security or legal reasons.
